Concert - June 22, 2014

Please join us for our annual concert on Sunday, June 22, 2014 starting at 5:00 pm.  Our concert will be held at Hiram W Johnson Highschool (click here for directions). Tickets will be available at the door.

Campers each receive two tickets with their paid tuition, and those tickets, as well as those that have been pre-purchased will be available at will-call on the day of the concert.

Tickets are $10 each at the door, payable by cash or check, and children aged 10 and younger can attend for free.

For the campers that will be performing at the concert, they will be given instructions when they are picked up from camp including when to arrive at the concert location, what to bring, and what they need to be wearing.

We're counting down the days until camp - The weather is warming, and summer's not far away!

First Day-Sunday, June 19, 2011 – It is anticipated most parents will want to look around camp, so plan to arrive between 9:00 & 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Orchestra students will be assigned their audition time on arrival. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Please pack a picnic lunch for your family or a bag lunch for your camper. The first meal served at camp will be DINNER. Following lunch, a group picture of the campers will be taken. Parents should plan to leave no later than 1:00 p.m. At that time, campers will attend orientation, have their first rehearsal, and begin their camp week.

Last Day-Saturday. June 25, 2011 – Campers will eat a noon meal & then have a dress rehearsal concert. If the rehearsal is still in progress when you arrive, please do not interrupt the rehearsal, or take your camper home early.  Please do not arrive before 1:30 p.m. We must clear the campground by 3:30 p.m.

2011 Camp Information

Update as of June 10, 2011:  Registration for 2011 is STILL OPEN for all performance groups.  In addition, late fees will not be charged this camp season.

If campers still have forms to be turned in or payments to be made, please bring them on June 19, with your camper.

Mark your calendars so that you do not miss out on our seventeenth season!

  • Camp starts Sunday, June 19, 2011 with Registration and Auditions beginning at 10 am.  All campers need to arrive no later than 12 pm.
  • The final day of camp is Saturday, June 25, 201, with camper pickup starting at 12 pm.  All campers must be picked up no later than 2:30 pm.
  • Concert is on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 5 pm (Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church).  Information for campers' arrival for the concert will be handed out the last day of camp.
